QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent. 
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino 
  • Required Skill(s): Linux, Database, Networking, Hardware, OS, Ubuntu, Centos Preferably 
  • Less than 1-year experience specializing in IT/Computer – Software, System, or equivalent. 
  • Must have at least knowledge of NOC support 
  • With a solid knowledge of database management, preferably Sybase or MS SQL Server.
  • Must have excellent SQL understanding 
  • Adept in Linux and Windows systems administration. 
  • Must have basic knowledge of admin task
  • Willing to shift schedules, overtime, and work even on holidays."

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
 

  • Directly report to the NOC Lead 
  • Works with Network Administrators, Database Administrators, and System Administrators in resolving incidents filed and called in by the Site Lead / IT Staff. 
  • Assist the administrators in Implementing new projects. 
  • Receives and replies to calls made by the Site Leads and PC 
  • Preparation of necessary documents (i.e RDE. SI) required in executing change requests and service requests. 
  • Liaise with other teams (i.e. Dev, Service Desk, and TSG) in resolving the incident 
  • Generates reports required by the Operation Managers in managing the day-to-day business operations. Must have excellent SQL understanding"
