Summary

  • Responsible in soliciting and serving of new Group clients
  • Meeting sales objectives in terms of new business
  • Keep track of his/her year-to-date goal on a monthly basis
  • Make recommendation in critical issues pertaining to Group
  • Generate list of prospects of accounts from various types of industries
  1. Data gathering / profiling
  2. Franchise the prospects and prepare proposals
  3. Conduct sales presentations
  4. Orientation to newly booked Group Accounts

 

  • Recruit Group Specialist agents and assist in their training and development in accordance with the prescribed profile and training programs
  • Participate and contribute to the annual business planning process and cascading the committed goals to the sales, nationwide
  • Develop strong relationship with intermediaries like agents, general agencies and brokers to generate new Group clients
  • Promote the sales of group plans directly through the existing sales force and facilities of the company
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have work experience in handling Group or Corporate Clients
  • Previous engagement from Life and Non-Life Insurance industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills
  • With good presentation skills and with pleasing personalityed.
